Terralyn Analytics provides facility risk intelligence, asset management, and capital planning software. Our platform generates risk scores, maintenance recommendations, and capital priority rankings. Terralyn is a decision support tool — it does not replace professional engineering judgment.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Data & Privacy
Facility data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for enterprise engagements, a separate Data Processing Agreement. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Terralyn platform, including its risk models, algorithms, interface design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Terralyn Analytics LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
Terralyn provides decision support tools. Risk scores and recommendations are based on available data and models — they are not guarantees. Users should apply professional engineering and operational judgment alongside platform recommendations.
7. Modifications
